Short Sales of Real Estate in Omaha Ne

If you feel you can’t continue to afford your home and fear you might be headed toward foreclosure a short sale is a consideration for you.

A loan modifiacation might be another solution.

On December 1, 2009 the Treasury Department rewrote some rules to encourage banks to cooperate with homeowners regarding short sales…here is a short summary of those changes…
